Returns & Refunds
30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, with no need to give a reason. This is longer than the 14-day legal withdrawal period for online purchases in the European Union.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their tags still attached and, where possible, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How to return an item
- Email us at orlee.service@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Send your parcel, ideally with a tracked service, and keep your proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. If you return your whole order, the original standard shipping cost is refunded too.

Need a different size? Contact us and we'll tell you how to proceed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item
If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and a photo. In that case, return costs are on us.
Legal guarantees
In addition to our 30-day returns, all our items are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by consumer law.
