Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Delivery within the United States usually takes 7–13 business days, and shipping is free on all US orders. More about shipping.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are encrypted and processed by Shopify's secure checkout.

Returns

Can I return my massager?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. See returns & refunds.

My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered. What should I do?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away with your order number and a photo, so we can look into it and make it right.

Using your massager

How do I charge it?

It's cordless and recharges with a USB-C cable, so you can use it on the couch, at your desk or on the go.

Is it noisy?

It uses a quiet brushless motor for smooth, low-noise operation.

Where can I use it?

On your neck, shoulders and upper back, as well as your arms and legs. The hands-free shawl design rests on your shoulders so you can relax, read or work.

Is it a medical device?

No. It's designed for relaxation only. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or have a medical condition.
